The hotel's location was great and comfy, short walk to the BART. Affable and very friendly staff, provided information if needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the room for the value, my bed was extremely comfy.

It was a perfect hotel, we greatly enjoyed it. Bathroom was large and the room was clean and impressive. The location was marvellous, very close to great restaurants / cafes, and the BART & Buses and easily accessible.

Some people working there were a bit rude.

The hotel was in a marvellous position close enough to the center of San Francisco as well as San Francisco. The venue staff was amicable and accommodating, not annoying. The room we booked was large and quiet for the value.

I had a great stay at this hotel in San Francisco. The price was affordable and the room was secluded and quiet. The large old school bath tub was a nice touch and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised by the updated flooring in the room. The hotel also provided off-street parking, which was convenient. this hotel offered excellent value for the price and exceeded my expectations for an Economy Hotel.

We had a pleasant time in this economical hotel in Richmond. We got a nice size and quiet room for the value. Its personnel was affable and accommodating, no complaints whatsoever. Its location in a too attractive neighbourhood was comfy and excellent.

The room was clean and simple, with a mini fridge and a microwave, which was really convenient. The location was also great, close to the Rosie the Riviter exhibit, which was the main reason for my stay.

There were a few downsides. the hotel should have provided more pillows, as I had to request extra ones.
